A partner raised following question:
We have a customer were we want to implement the SAP Customer Checkout Manager. The customer has three different kind of shops:
Shop A
Shop B
Shop C
All shops are selling vouchers, but the voucher of Shop A can be redeemed only in Shop A, the vouchers of Shop B can only be redeemed in Shop B and the same for the vouchers of Shop C.
Is it possible to handle this with only one SAP Customer Checkout Manager?
kind regards
The answer is:
In the standard this scenario is not possible. Our recommendation is to use our plug in concept and develop a plug in which check the voucher which should be redeemed during the fetching from the SAP Customer Checkout Manager, and throws a message in the case that it is a voucher from the wrong shop. Therefore some kind of mapping is needed, maybe with the prefix of the relevant Customer Checkout and a specific number range for the different kind of voucher.
Information about the plugin concept can be found in the SAP PartnerEdge
kind regards
Stephan
