Hi Expert,
We are exploring solution for one of our client to provide them with Social Media Integration (Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). From SAP CDP help guide I understood that we can integrate with all this platform but communication is only one way means we can only send audience to the social platform but we cannot capture back any response back.
So I would like to understand if we have any way to pull the customer responses back from social media platform for the audience which we have shared from SAP CDP platform
Currently client is using SAP Emarsys Platform for marketing purpose, however SAP Emarsys only support Facebook and Google Ads social integration hence exploring it via SAP CDP.
Please share your opinion on this.

I understand the use case, but CDP doesn't offer this functionality now.

To clarify, these features are currently unavailable as pre-built connectors. However, one could realize these functionalities with the Custom Application (like the REST API) connector. But honestly I wouldn't recommend it.
