Dear all,
we are currently in the process of implementing SAP Cloud for Customer.
In this context, we implemented also the server-side groupware integration. The Outlook add-in ("side panel") provided with it does not work for us. No content is displayed and the message reads as follows: "Your logon session has expired. It will be updated. "
Our Exchange Server 2013 is hosted in our network and Outlook 2016 runs on our client computers, which can only access the Internet via a web proxy.
Does anyone know of this problem or do other customers experience problems with this add-in?
We are very grateful for any kind of help!

Did you try whitelisting the C4 IP Address in your proxy?
