Dear community,
we are reporting on Quotes in C4C and show the number of quotes per month with the characteristic ‘Month/Calendar Year’.
Recently there was only the field 'Creation date' available which was actually the date that this document was transferred from ERP and not the 'real' creation date.
Now in one of the latest releases SAP introduced this 'real' ERP creation date and now we have both fields shown in the quote, this is fine.
BUT: What happens now in REPORTING is e.g. we use the field 'Month/Calendar Year' to show the numbers of quotes 'created' in that certain month.
But it seems that this characteristic is fixed only on the field 'Creation Date' and has no relation of course to the 'ERP creation date'.
Thus, a quote which is created in April (ERP Creation Date in April) and changed in June (Created On will be June - it always takes the latest ERP synchronization date), this Quote will incorrectly be shown within the month of June instead of April.
Has anyone has a similar issue and is there any option in order to report per months/year but related to the 'ERP creation Date'?
