As per SAP Note 1646876: CSS Application unavailable in newer releases of Netweaver

The SAP CCS application is present in older NetWeaver releases (7.0x and 6.40), but it is not available in NetWeaver releases 7.10 and higher.
So you have to install a separate NetWeaver 7.0x Java system, which is the server where /bcb/ccsdispatcher is running:

I configured the CMS profile so when log in the system the follow error is displayed in the transaciotn CRM_ICI_TRACE the follow error:

So I can't set the ready mode, because the field is in gray. I believe that in gray for the error above
