Workflow Send Mail to Lead Involved Party "Partner"

We have enabled BO "Partner" and assigned it as involved party in Leads.

We want to set up workflow rules type email to send mails to the partner assigned in lead. But in determination it is not possible to select Partner, it is not in the list of available parties for recevier determination.

How can we add it?

As a standard it will not be available but you can enhance it easily by using Cloud Application Studio. Please refer the below blogpost for detailed steps on how to achieve this,

thanks for the hint, unfortunately SDK with Cloud Application Studio is not possible/allowed for us. So there is no other way to make standard role available in determination selection?

Does your partner has contact persons assigned to them? If yes then you can use a standard party as "Partner Contact". As highlighted in below screenshot.

If the contact is not assigned then the only option left is to implement the custom determination logic.

thanks for showing up this option. we will try to setup partner contact and assign it to lead so we can use it in recipient determination
