Scratch Pad Icon not appearing - SAP CRM

Hello Experts,

After implementing few SAP Notes I can observe that the Scratch Pad Icon is missing. Remianing all the icons are coming. We have not used any custom Skin. It is all standard skin which we are using.

1. You gave two same picture, is one of them uploaded wrongly? Please reload it as which might be helpful.

2. Please check if KBA 2097237 has any helpful information for you.

3. Does this problem happen to IE11 only? How about google chrome?4. Please change another SAP Standard skin, does it happen in both DEFAULT, NOVA, or any other skins?5. If it is IE, please go to menu 'tools'->'internet options'->'Advanced', make sure 'Disable script debugging(internet explorer)' unchecked, save, and then reload the IC role. --> Is there any JavaScript error ?6. Put cursor where the 'scratch pad' locates, right click and select menu 'property'. Please check what is its URL link?7. Please test on IC_AGENT role, and make sure the RUNTIME profile assigned to the business role is the standard one DEFAUTL_IC. Please check SAP KBA 1836437, refer to the RUNTIME profile part, make sure there is no customer controller used.
