Office document in Service Request (SR)

Hi experts,

I created an SR in the IC webclient. (CRM 7.0).

There is an assignment block 'Related Transactions' in the SR screen. This assignment block contains details of the various

interaction records, leads, opportunities etc.

The problem is that here I am also getting an entry whose transaction type is 'Office Document', and the transaction ID for this

is the GUID of the above mentioned SR.

I am not sure why this entry is coming here. Is it supposed to come or there is some problem?

Hello Mohit,

Office document means it is an email. check whether an email is created in the same interaction.
