Nonexistent destination domain error

Dear SAP experts,

we are facing a problem with the e-mail addresses of some customers: they receive a hard bounce because of the error "OTHR - 554 5.1.2 [internal] Nonexistent destination domain".

We have checked the email addresses with the customers and they are right.

I've seen that these are all email addresses with local domains: is there a way to set these domains as trusted?

We are using SAP Digital Interconnect as ESP.

Thanks.

Andrea
