How to unsubscribe user account which is inactive in C4C from Web Service Message Monitoring Email notifications in SAP C4C.

Hi Muheed,

To unsubscribe email notifications, we need to log in as this user, go to Administrator > Web Service message monitor > unsubscribe.

Hi Molly, I tried impersonating into the user's account to unsubscribe the web service message monitoring notifications on the user's behalf but unfortunately, I was getting option to subscribe web service messages instead of unsubscribing.
