how to move configuration changes made in local system to Development and from there to production

i have made configuration for boosting rules in my local system and now it needs to be moved to development environment. Can anyone help on how to move Backoffice configuration changes made in my local system to development.

It depends on what type of Backoffice configuration changes you have made. How about creating Backoffice configuration data through impex files or setting those configuration parameters through local.proerties file and move these changes from once environment to another.
