How to Enable Release to ERP Button in Service Ticket?

Hi All,

We have established a C4C to ECC connection successfully and have scoped the C4C environment as per our requirement.

Now under Services > Tickets we want to enable the "Release to ERP" action button to pass some custom details to ECC.

Note we are not using any Product , but we are open to use a dummy product in case we need it to enable "Release to ERP" button for the Service Ticket.

Also we are open to any other suggestions that may help us achieve our objective.

Fine Tuning "Maintain Item Processing Codes " under "Tickets for Customer Support" didn't help much.

Any help is much appreciated

Hi samit,

Confirmation hours is required to release to erp first.

Confirmation hours are made by a button that should be display in this screen (left of release to erp)

What i did was , added an Item under Service and Repair tab with the start and end date and other relevant details.The Release to ERP was thus enabled
