Hi eecruz,

in Sales Cloud you go to "Administrator > OData Service Explorer". Here you can select the SAP OData Service, for example "c4codataapi".

In the upper right you can then choose between "View" or "Test".

Test opens the OData Console where you can then search for the Entity you need (e.g. Corporate Account) and see the Entity Details and directly test the API.

In Excel you can then use the OData Adapter under the "Data" tab like that:

In the pop-up window you can paste the URL shown in the screenshot before.

I think this is the easiest way to extract your data directly to Excel.

Hi eecruz,

I just tried with our system and it works fine. Did you choose the "Standard" Authentication or does the error occur already one step before? Did you try in the OData Console in Sales Cloud?

One thing to add: You should make sure that your tenant ID is masked when providing screenshots.

Dear schneidert ,

Unfortunately i do not get that option to choose standard option. as i would already get an error after inputing the url into the pop-up window.

eecruz that's really strange. I tried even with your tenant ID and I get to that second step. So make sure that there are no typing errors or something like that.
