Outlook Visit types to C4C

Hello experts,

does someone know if we can add the different Visit/ Appointment Types from C4C to the Outlook categories? So that I can create a Visit in Outlook with the type XY and it appears in C4C with the corresponding visit type.

At the moment, those visits from outlook have the visit type ''not assigned''. So the sales rep have to change the visit type in C4C.

Hi Jens,

these categories in Outlook are leveraged to identify the synchronisation state of events. Therefore, these are pre-defined and cannot be changed.
