Outbound dialler integration with C4C

I would like to understand recommended solutions for outbound diallers for Sales.

This is for process efficiencies and automation – a dialler would automatically dial lead lists and then direct to an available agent on successfully connecting the call to a Merchant.

C4C and Cisco integration would be key.

Can anyone recommend a solution and success story?

Yes, our DaVinci product supports C4C and Cisco outbound dialing integration (preview and predictive), but I need a little more information to confirm. What Cisco platform is being used (UCCX, UCCE, ICM)?
