I want users to be able to open C4C emails in Outlook, so that they can save or print them.
OriginalContent attachments of inbound emails are in .mht format, which allows me to open the e-mail in the Edge browser. This way I can see the original message, but the 'To', 'From' and 'Subject' lines are missing. I also can't forward it to anybody. It would be ideal if I could open OriginalContent attachments in Outlook, so that I can work on an email there, or see the 'To', 'From' and 'Subject' lines in case I want to save or print the email.
Does anybody know how I can make sure that OriginalContent attachments can be opened in Outlook?
