No process found for the Consignment with the code: a0000xxx_ordermanagement

hi guys,

when i login backoffice with  a warehousing agent role to check consignment created along with order, shows error msg in backend 

No process found for the Consignment with the code

i want to know why defaultwarehousingshippingservice needs to check consignment process code with "xxx_ordermanagement", there is no such process code, where and when will create one?

please help me with this issue.
