Hi CRM-Gurus,
i have some questions about the monitoring of business transactions like sales orders.
In our project we download sales orders from R3 to CRM50. So our crm system gets around 1000 salesorders per day.
But i have a problem to find and identify the sales documents, which have error messages!
There are situations, where all BDocs looks fine, but some documents have error messages.
Is there anyone who knows how i can find such documents?
best regards
Wolfgang
Hi Wolfgang,
You can check the BDoc messages in error state in transaction SMW01. Like you mentioned it will display the BDoc as "green" if there is no error while processing it.
There is another transaction SMW02a which will group all messages according to the error message and show it. Also you can filter on a specific BDoc type (BUS_TRANS_MSG in your case).

Vivek

Hi Wolfgang,
SMW01 will give all the details on about the Bdoc's. Runnin, processed, errors etc all information will be available here. There are 2 symbols( key like-YELLOW and BLUE) which when clicked gives details about the what the bdoc holds.
BLUE - extended bdoc(Valid for Mbdocs)
YELLOW- Classical Bdoc(Valid for SBDOCs)
Additionally if there are errors you can also check ST05 transaction for dumps.
Thanks
