Merge solutions in SAP C4C

Hi Experts,

We have merged our Production tenant solution and the Test Tenant solution in SAP C4C, and now we want to copy the solution from production to the test system.

I need to know exactly what the Merge solution functionality is, how it works, and what its pros and cons are.
