Hi Shachi,

Don't go with Lsmw or BDC to delete Transaction. It is not advice to do. It will create lot of performance issue. Bcos in CRM the table structure is very different compared with other. There is a "CRM_ORDER_DELETE" This is a report so you should go with SE38.

Don't use any process apart form this or you will face lot of system inconstiency in the future. Every thing i can not explain in this mail. If you are facing any authorizations check with the Basis guy.

Any further issues let me know....

Hi Shachi,

I think you need to register the report:

Use transaction SE16 (Data Browser) to add an entry to the table COMC_PR_TOOL_REG, making the following entries:

  • PROGRAM_NAME - Name of the program/report you want to run (for example, CRM_ORDER_DELETE)
  • USER_NAME - User with which you are logged on
  • EXEC_DATE - Date on which you would like to run this report

Follow this process then check once again.

There is a tcode: like del_tran (Some thing like this just like bupa_del). Try to find out in google.

Note: Reason for not encourghing lsmw/bdc is the data will be stored in many tables and sub tables, which is difficult to find all. If you follow the standard given by SAP, that will delete all the data form all tables.

Still facing the problem let me know.

The following document could not be deleted:                 1000001835
Object ORDERADM_I cannot be deleted
Number of documents deleted:                                          0
Number of documents not deleted:                                      1

Hi Shachi,

One possible reason as why the document can not be deleted can be the status of the document, i.e. if there are following documents (delivery notes, invoices) the document can not be deleted. Can you please check the statuses of a document that you try to delete?

Hi,

To be honest I don't understand how this end up being an OSS message...as I understood the problem ws modifying the reject reason of a document and we end up trying to delete the documents ins a productive system, am I missing something?

Cheers!

Hi Sachi,

As I understood you are using a screen recording on the CRMD_ORDER transaction I would suggest to use a custom program using the FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN and CRM_ORDER_SAVE in order to change the rejection reason, recordings doesn't work very well in CRM because the screen controls are quite complex, plus SAP GUI applications for users are not maintained anymore by SAP.

Cheers!

Hi Sachi,

As Christophe suggested Note 526329 you can have a look on another note 611295 and 603458.

This is very unusual request so please check if this is the only solution for what you are looking for.

Dear Shachi,

Deletion of orders is normaly not recommended. But if it required please consider note 526329. Please be aware as it is mentioned this is at your own risk. Also you would need to delete document seperatly in ECC, at least I think so.

As an alternative you might consider to archive the documents or to reject them.

Hoping that this will be helpful.

Hi Christophe,

Can you suggest how to archieve or reject the document. Do I need to process one by one manually order by updating reason for rejection?

Hi Shachi,

You can use Tcode: SARA and for archiving the Sales Order archiving object is "CRM_SALDOC".
