Hi,
In C4C, the technical user is kept locking immediately after unlocking. I checked in the message monitoring which iflow is called or odata process is called and the password used by these iflows or odata calls. But didnt find any clue. I checked the communication arrangement aswell, but didnt find a clue. Is there any other way to find out like HTTP logs which is using this technical user and giving 401 unauthorized error?

Try opening a case under component AP-RC-BCT, my colleagues there should be able to check the backend and see the changes of the user.
