in which way is it possible to connect "S/4HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement" with a telefon system like SIEMENS HICOM?
From SAP side, what's the name of the necessary interface and what kind of adapter's or software tools are needed? In the past there was something like SAPphone or CTI interface.
