How to replicate equipment warranty from ECC to CRM?

Hi Experts,

We have equipment record and warranty information in ECC system. We are trying to replicate equipment records, serial numbers and warranty info from ECC to CRM.

In CRM Interaction Centre screen appearing equipment and serial number info only, Warranty info not appearing in interaction centre screen and table: COMM_IL_IBCWTY

But if I check BDoc warranty information appearing

Can anyone help on this? Very urgent

Thanks for replay.... i added the relationship type IOBWTY (Warranties for object). I run the load and checked interaction center screen no warranty information appearing.

Hi Suresh,

Try adding the relationship type IOBWTY (Warranties for object) for the respective equipment categories in transaction COMM_HIERARCHY.
