How to Integrate BCM 7 and CRM 5.0 Winclient

I am a newbie to Integration,

May you help me on integrating IC Winclient and ICI. One of our clients is still using CRM 5.0 SP 15, now they want a multi Channel integrated to BCM 7.0 SP4 while they are upgrading to CRM 7. I followed the notes 1338389, 1001703 etc but im stuck on configuring the actual integration of CMS and Winclient profile.

Note 1001703 have 6 steps, my issue is on step 5

Step 5: Use the following transactions to configure the Communication Management

Software system. More detail about these transactions can be found from SAP online

documentation under "Communication Management Software" topic.

Transaction CRMM_BCB_ADM

Transaction CRMM_IC_MCM_CCADM

Transaction CRMM_IC_MCM_CCLNK

Transaction SM59

The SAP online documentation doesn't clarify how i will link the  what is created in step 5 to Winclient profile

Hi,

Once the CMS configuration is complete, CMS id needs to be linked to the SAP ID that you are using. To link this Tx SU01 should be used. Or may be your Basis colleague can help you with this.

I assume the same thing is described in step#6

Thank you for your response, however, i logged to CRN 5 into Trxn SU01 , i tried to add under roles and Parameters but i couldn't find the CMS profile which i called Z_BCM_Prof. Do you have any documentation on this ? Thanxs again

Hi,

You need to write Z_BCM_Prof against CRM_UI_PROFILE in the parameter tab of the user in SU01.
