Hello,
A user was asking me why he can't export the email feed of a ticket in SAP C4C.
There is the possibility to export only the initial email coming from a customer by clicking on More > View original content.
Could you please let me know if there is a way to export the feed ?
Agents are complaining because it is a functionality they had with Outlook.

This is the standard way the C4C system works.
To export all the interactions, please raise an incident to the support team, asking them to assist you by implementing the SAP Internal KBA 2775447.
Points for Attention
1) Raise an incident to the component "LOD-CRM-SRP-INT".
2) Provide detailed steps to reproduce your issue in the incident description. Screenshots would be helpful. With this, the support team will understand your requirement quickly.
3) Mention the KBA number 2775447.

The KBA is for internal use only. So you are unable to view it. However, you can mention it in the incident ticket so that the processor can handle your requirement quickly.
As for the query "will the Incident resolution help the agent to download all the interactions of a single ticket". I believe it will help you to export all the e-mail interactions. Please raise an incident ticket to double confirm this and get assistance. Thanks.
