Example store apparel-uk doesn't work as the electronics store.

Hi all,

we're having some issues with the apparel-uk example store... we can't send the quote data through the CIS to an ETE(external tax engine). From the electronics store we're able to gather the data and send it to the ETE, we can see in the logs how the electronics store send the data to the ETE.

But the apparel-uk store seems not working as the same way; the logs doesn't show anything... when we are in the checkout process of the apparel-uk store all the steps pass without any delay, in the checkout of the electronics store every time that we click in the "next" button Hybris send de partial quote data to the CIS and we resend the data to the ETE.
