Different behaviour regarding Authorization between business and key test user which leads to confusion.

The user is able to create leads with any account with out the business role assigned. Once the business role is assigned the leads getting wrong we not authorised to create lead it is working in business user but it's not working in key test user.

There are differences between the key test user and a regular business user.

Besides this make sure your business role is set up correctly with regards to the authorisations on leads and also make sure your page layout and looks as expected with the use existing account indicator etc.

You could also set up a new normal user and employee and test the business role in combination with any page layout settings first. Also make sure (depending on your authorizations) any sales data and organisational assignment of the employee corresponds with the user / employee you would like to verify.
