I am BC, who recently started responding to incidents.

The CRM environment went down two days ago, so I'm investigating it, but I don't know yet, so I'm looking for help.

It seems to be a communication problem with Ms Server, but I don't understand the error.

Many errors, warnings are identified.

Hello Seonbok,

It looks like it could have been a network glitch between the ABAP servers and the ASCS server. A deeper analysis of the trace files from the ABAP instances and the ASCS would be required.

If you see "server snapshots" on the dev_disp trace files, and if you still have the "work" folders from the time of the issue, you could try using the Kernel Snapshot Analyzer tool (SAP KBA 3110588) to facilitate the analysis.
