CPQ without prices - UserExits

Hi Experts,

I have a lot of trouble with the CPQ pricing for hybris 6.2.

The products are shown correctly in the storefront and dependencies etc. are working fine. When creating an order in VA01, there are no problems and the prices are used as expected.

I don´t want to use UserExits, but I think I am forced to use them, correct?

I tried to implement them as described in Note 809820. Until chapter 3.2 everything´s worked fine, but in 3.3 I need to assign a formular. The guide uses the Application "CRM" but this option is not available here.

1. Do I need the UserExits? (I use the pricing procedure from best practice guide from the RDS)

2. If I need them is there a detailed description or best practice guide for hybris Commerce?

Hello Thomas,

during Runtime, CPQ tries to read UserExit and non-UserExit Formulas from cache. In your case the formulas for Usage "A" and Types "PRP", "CAB" and "CAE" can not be found within the hybris cache. Please have a look into following tables of your CPQ database: /SAPCND/UE_TYP, /SAPCND/UEAIMP, /SAPCND/UELIMP and compare them with the corresponding tables in SAP ERP. Maybe some entries in table CRMATAB are missing and therefore the mentioned tables aren't replicated correctly during data load.
