Contact Merge report & Custom Fields for analytics BW

Hi,

We want to pull data from SAP Marketing on Prem 1709 Sp01. However we face two potential issues in the process.

Account Merge: The data in Hybris is updated realtime and the account merge happens often based on the data uploaded so the IC_ROOT count is always fluctuating up and down and not consistently going in an upward trend. We already explored the option of default HANA CDS views for contacts but none of them show the Merged Contacts but only converted and validated. Are there any standard extractors in Hybris which can identify this information about which records were deleted and which we merged.

Schema Update-Custom Fields: Hybris also has the flexibility of extending and expanding the schema by use of front end apps to create new fields in the standard table. What is the recommended approach for extracting data from such tables where the schema is constantly changing, as we would like to avoid to everytime sit and update all the tables and schema in BI for each field change in Hybris.

Any link to details about standard extractors for Hybris would be help.

P.S I am on the functional side so any guidance on extractors will be really helpful.
