Cloud for Customer - Remove groups on Home Page

Hi,

We are trying to find a way to remove default groups from the Home Page via Personalization. I found this in the documentation on the SAP Help Portal:

In the personalize mode, you can make various changes to the current screen such as rearranging the cards and groups by dragging and dropping them, adding and deleting card and groups, renaming groups etc. You can make hidden items visible again by turning on the visible switch. All hidden and available items will appear in the list and you can add them again.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an option for users to remove default groups. Is this the case, or are we missing some hidden possibility?

Can you explain your query and what you are trying to achieve with an example and screenshots? I'm not understanding what you mean by default groups. Can you also add a link to the SAP help documentation that you are refering to?

I understood what you mean now. 🙂

The option to delete the default groups are in adaptation. In personalization, you only have the option to delete groups that were created in personalization. The groups created in Adaptation are not available for deletion in Personalization.
