Cannot retrieve YaaS configuration (Hybris 1808)

Dear Experts,

I'm a with some technical knowledge. I was asked to install hybris locally and I've done it successfully but when I'm on the apparel storefront and I go to "My Account" to update my profile, the site doesn't load that view.

This is what the log shows me every time I try to navigate in "My Account":
