Hi,
We have SAP Hybris C4C (Cloud for sales) integrated with our on premise SAP CRM system via HCI. All this while everything was working fine. However off late, we are facing issues with replication of data from SAP C4C to SAP CRM.
After much testing, I have found that:
1. Data is replicating successfully from SAP CRM to SAP C4C
a. However the confirmations from C4C to SAP CRM are failing.
2. Nothing is replicating from SAP C4C to SAP CRM.
I have also learnt that all the replication (data and confirmations) from C4C to SAP CRM are failing with the same socket exception error. The error that I see in HCI is:
Inbound processing in endpoint at /COD/CRM/OpportunityReplicationInitiatedByExternalOut failed with message "Fault: Could not send Message", caused by "SocketException: Connection reset:
The error that I get in C4C webservice monitoring tool is:
HTTP Code: 500 ( Internal Server Error ) : An internal error occured during message processing. For error details check MPL ID AFdk..... in message mon.
I also tried a "check connection" from C4C to SAP business suite and that too is failing with the following messages:
Checking connection failed
Ping failed
Error accessing service; Service Ping ERRORL Method Not Allowed (405)
I had reached out to SAP via a C4C incident. They came back saying that this is related to basis or firewall on our side. And did not have any other inputs.
Can you please share your thoughts on this?
This issue has been going on for quite some time now an we fear that we will be going into the 1608 release with these issues. Any help or ideas/ pointers as to where we should look to fix this is greatly appreciated.
