Hi
We have our system set up so managers, super users and administrators can create and modify reports and I am wanting to know whether there is a way of knowing who has made a change in a report. I have a superuser who has created reports that she doesn't want others to change so we are keen to understand who is making the changes so we can ask them not to.
Alternatively if we can't find this information out, how can we restrict editing on specific reports?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Lisa,
You cannot find this information. I would restrict access to the Business Analytics work center.
When you (Administrator / Key users) define reports in Business Analytics - you assign them to one or multiple business roles and you define views and selections in the last step of the process. These views and selections can be used by the end users, but as soon as they change them they save them as their own personalized views and selections. Like that they can 'play around' and create their own variants, but the views and selections you initially create (and maintain) as an administrator remain untouched.
I would not give access to Business Analytics to just all users - only a limited number Administrators or experienced key users. I would give access to Analysis - Reporting, to the reports that have been assigned to the business roles of end users.
