C4C Report with Tag Information

Hello all,

Is it possible to create a report where you can search tickets/contract/leads/opportunities with their associated tags? We have a couple of requirements around building such Reports.

For e.g.: #hotlead is a tag used across multiple leads. Is there any data source which will contain this information? I cannot find a tag or notification data source. Any help would be much appreciated.

From my understanding ,currently there are no data sources that hold the tag information , so you cannot create a report like that in C4C

You can find all fields and data source created by SAP, you can check data source : documentation if you can find the fields you looking for .

if they are not available you may see if you can create an extensionfield then add it to data source. please note add an extension field to data source business context of both extension field and data source must matched . if thta not meet your requirement see if you can create a PDI data source.
