C4C Employee replication from S4HANA without organisational unit replication

Hi,

We want to repliate employees from S4HANA to C4S. It works fine except for the organisational unit and jobid assignment.

We have not repliated the organisational model, but created the model manually on C4S. In the C4S organisational model, for the relevant service unit in the tab External Identifiers we added the type External Organisational Unit ID and the ID of the unit from S4HANA 500000XX

When replicating the record in the Employee Master Data Replication we receive the error Remote org unit 500000XX with definition Reporting Line Unit from S4DCLNT700 not yet replicated.

We want to replicate employees without this organisational model / unit replication. Anybody experience with this S4HANA > C4S scenario concerning employees?

You either need to import reporting line unit first or remove the assignment in employee's replication request so that he can be replicated only with cost center assignment.

Hi Prasanth,

I tried the latter.

I edited the employees's replication request:

- Removed the external ID

- Added the C4S organisational ID and the job id

After executing the rpelication request the employee is created and assigned to the orgainationa ID in C4S that i have entered.

I am not sure if this is what i expected from this functionality, especially when there are huge quantities of employees involved and this is a quite manual process.
