C4C and BW Integration using cloud data source

Hello Experts,

We are trying to integrate BW and C4C system to get data from BW into C4C Cloud Data source system.

We have millions of data in BW system and our requirement is to atleast get 3 years of data into CDS which may be more than 1 million but our CDS support only 5 million records.

Note: We can not create multip data sources becuse that data belong to 1 sales org. hence we can create only one data source.

Just wanted to check how other organizations are handling this.

1. Should we get the data only at the customer level and show the sales amout at the customer level and not get down to the doucment and part level?

2. If we want to go at the document and part level, how can we handle this because CDS does not support more than 5 million.?

Just wanted to understand some best practices as to how other companies are handling such requrements.
