BP Cleansing

Hi Experts,

Please kindly advise.

1. Im trying to do data cleansing on my system.

The details is as such:

- Many BPs with same mobile or emails.

- I would like to get results of BPs with similar BP data and then decide which to archive.

I tried the following unsuccessfully. Please kindly give me some advice.

2. I tried using BUPA_CLEAR

Question: May i ask what is Case number ?

I created 2 BP with same mobile number and names in Test Server.

I tired to input BP number into Case number field but System returned: 0 Data Cleansing Cases Found.

Please advise me how to use this function?

3. I tried using SARA.

The variant used is the 2 BPs which i created with exact informaiton.

After scheduling, i checked the logs at SLG1 and there was no log found in the database.

Please kindly asisst to give some detailed steps of using this function.

HI,

Number of Data Cleansing Case

A consecutive number is provided for data cleansing cases.

This number can be specified or saved in the field stated here.

The number originates from the number range interval 01 of the number range object COM_CLEAR.
