Auto-populating phone number while creating contact in SAP C4C

Hi,

We have implemented CTI integration as an external vendor for SAP C4C. In the no match scenario, that is where an unidentified caller is calling into the system, we are given a choice to create a new contact/account for that customer. Is there a way to autopopulate the phone number while creating the contact information?
