Any CRM2007 Best practice covering MS Word integration?

Hi experts,

I am struggling in finding a SAP CRM 2007 best practice which covers MS Word integration (letters, templates, etc...).

I did not find any search engine within the SAP best practices website to help me finding it.

Do you know if what I am looking at is available and where?

Alternatively a cookbook might exist.

But basically there is no real best practices which could be followed step by step.

I've seen this before and it's a good starting point.
