Greetings!

Some of the incoming Emails failed to create tickets in our SAP C4C due to below error message in web service message monitoring.

Agent has selected more than one error message as fatal

Could you please let me the root cause of this error message and how to resolve it.

Hello Syed,

Please check from your side, whether the configuration in your mail service provider is correctly maintained and also confirm if any PDI implementation is causing it ?

If no issue at your end - I would suggest to report incident/issue to SAP for further analysis.
