I am having hard times to find a functionality of ARM Refund Type "1 Replacement Article" to narrow down the selection of replacement articles to allowed articles only. Does this setting exists and how should we do it? Maybe there is some basic setting that allows certain group of articles to be used within certain SD Order type used for Subsequent delivery free of charge?
Another problem I find is that our implementation have a scenario to provide our customer a packaging material as a replacement article to allow him to pack up articles to be returned. The packaging material dimensions should be calculated based upon quantity and dimensions of article to be returned. Is there a possibility to determine it automatically based upon that measurements of article to be returned?
