Add a new Form in the multistep checkout [B2C Accelerator]

Hi everyone,

i just wanted to ask what are the necessary steps to take to add a new step in the multistep checkout of the B2C Accelerator. having the following:

1)A completely New form for entering some extra attributes and having its validations 2)Mapping this form attributes to the original model attributes 3)Adding attachments to the Order while checking out
