2011.31 patch upgrade server start up error.

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade SAP commerce upgrade from 2011.3 to 2011.31. Which server start up I am getting below error.

Please share if anyone faced this issue during the upgrade.

We didn't receive any such error on starting the server with the same version.
