SAP S/4 HANA: Impact on Consultants' Learning and Training

The question is asked with respect to the process and phases towards the delivery, like methodology, documentation, business processes, providing training to the end user, go live or support, implementation, data migration. Impact on consultants due to changes in functionality, role based system, Fiori apps.
Then as S4 HANA is compatible with technologies like predictive analysis, IoT, Big Data, what additional things should consultants know when they switch to S4 Hana to perform better???
