WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE generating diferences

Good day to all , i'm facing a problem with this function WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE , i'm updating a delivery but the quantitys are getting wrong , my delivery is for 12000 KG , but when i update gets 11099,5 , can anybody help me with this , i pass the correct value but when is runing the function get this problem

Verify which Unit of Measure(s) (UOMs) are on Material Master Tables' record for this material number (MARA, MARC, MARM, etc.); pass quantity in one of these UOMs from Material Master record, to function module.

Thanks , but that's the thing it should'nt be any diference in any of the units , as an example , te primary unit is CS (CASES) 1 CS = 35 Kg , when i make the delivery in kg it came the diferences , if i make the the delivery fot 35 KG it came as 0,995 CS
