What Special Characters will show up in GUID22 from GUID_CREATE

Specifically I am trying to discover if Special characters "*" or "%" can appear in the GUID22.

Rob,

I had seen that post before, which is why I posted my question about other special characters, specifically "*" and "%". I have analysed about 1/4 million GUIDs and the only special characters I have found so far are "{" and "}". I just need to know if any other special characters will ever show up in a GUID.

Hi Gregg,

As of SAP NetWeaver 7.00 Ehp2 and SAP NetWeaver 7.1,this fm GUID_CREATE has been obsolete and replaced with cl_system_uuid.

Please check this note 935047 is helpful.
