WE19 question: Receiver Port Invalid.

Whenever I am trying to test an Inbound idoc using WE19 , in the Receiver port if I give the ports created in WE21 then the idoc doesn't post but if I change it to SAP+sysid ( SAPDB1) it works. I want to know is this something standard and why doesn't the ports work which are pointing to the same receiver doesn't work.( gives error :Recipient port invalid:"port1")

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Ajay,

You have to mention the port which is created in sender side. ie source system.

The port which you declare in ur destination system ie receiver system is the port with respect to ur system and this will not be knowing to the target system.
