Hi friends,

i have requirement like this,

Check the reference procedure (BKPF)[AWTYP] of line item being created/updated.

If the above condition is true, then verify whether the line item created is new or update.

my question is how to identify if the line is new or update. is there any field in BSEG or how to proceed.

Please urgent.

Hi,

If the change pointer is activated for this field then probabaly u can check the same in tables cdhdr and cdpos.

If the data is changed it can be viewed in the above tables else if the data does not exist that means it is new entry.
