Using print control for color printing

Hi,

I am printing document with Canon 3100 iR colour printer.

I am able to get print with device type 'ZCNC31EP' suggested in one of SAP note.

But it is not giving colour print as seen in print preview.

When I checked print control for this device print control for colour print

COL0H

COL0N

COL0V

.......

.......

COL7H

COL7N

COL7V

have been already maintained.

What other thing I need to check ? Do I need to check on printer side like firmware ?

hi amit

pls check out the format what u r using in the printer

the size of the page and row and colums mismatch

defenetely u should check at print side also
